In this video I encourage you to build all the "feel good" feels that come from accomplishment, from doing what you said you would do, from ticking things off your list.
Enjoy the endorphin rush that comes from progress.
To do that, look back at your past week and ask:
What did I do that I said I would?
What didn't I do and why? What got in the way?
What would I like to differently next week to make my success more inevitable
