How do you fix it when things go wrong?
This is an open question.
I would love to hear what you have to say.
Take a minute to reflect on a time when things didn’t go the way you hoped.
How do you usually respond when things "go wrong"?
Is it some form of fight, flight, freeze or fawning?
Looping, nagging, negative thoughts?
Sleepless nights? Catastrophising? Self blame?
What do you struggle with when things don't go the way you planned?
How would you like to react?
What is in the way of you acting that way?
You always work it out, so how have you ultimately fixed it when things have gone wrong?
I would love to know.
Reply and share your thoughts.

Steph
