Your weekend challenge: "The Version You Wish You Were"

Have you ever said "I like myself better when I am..."

To be able to do that, you need to be willing to try on different versions of yourself so you can compare.

If you are naturally a person who agonises over decisions, have you ever tried on the version that is decisive?
The version that backs their decisions?
If you are more of a "people pleaser', have you every tried on the version that is assertive yet kind?

Intentionally trying on different versions gives you something to compare yourself with.
To give yourself the option to decide "I like myself better when I am..."

Of course, this requires you to believe that you have a choice in who you show up as.
To believe you can change and that you are malleable.

Admittedly, I think we all struggle with believing change is possible.

So I have a little challenge for you this weekend.

The challenge is to intentionally try on a different version of yourself at least once.
To show up in a way you don't usually.

Have fun with it.
It is a sprint, not a marathon.
You just have to try it on once and report back to me. I would love to see if you like how it felt.
Hint: it will probably feel very uncomfortable and unnatural. That is ok, it is supposed to. Do it anyway and let me know how you go.

Here are some ideas?

Maybe you want to try on being bold and playful.
Maybe you want to see what happens when you try on spontaneity or assertiveness.
To try on what it would be like to not over explain. - oh thats a good one.

Do you want more ideas? I've got heaps.

The version that welcomes pressure.
The version that communicates clearly and calmly.
The version that doesn't remain conflicted.
The version that chooses the healthy option.
The version that stays off their phone. - Scratch that. We're not super human.

Give it a go.
Deep down, there is a version that we all wish we were.
This is your weekend to try it on.

I cant wait to hear how you go.

Send me an email here with your results.

Steph.
